Due to the customized nature of our products, we don't offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We take great pride in the quality of our products, and we do everything possible to ensure that your order meets your expectations. However, we understand that things can happen during shipping, and we're happy to work with you to resolve any issues that arise.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll be happy to replace it for you. We may ask for photos of the damaged item to help us improve our quality control processes.
